The SimulEYE® Cohesive Viscoelastic Substitute is a cost-effective solution designed for use with SimulEYE models. It creates a realistic intraocular environment by filling the eyes or forming the sulcus while maintaining space. Applying it around the limbus in a 360-degree manner helps cover incision sites, minimizing the entry of air bubbles into the eye. For optimal results, it is best used in conjunction with the Dispersive Viscoelastic Substitute.
This viscoelastic substitute is essential for use with SimuloRhexis, Aphakia, Small Pupil, Phaco, and all MIGS models. Additionally, it serves as an excellent coupling gel for gonioscopy, laser lenses, and ultrasound probes.
It is available in 5cc syringes with a 20g cannula, allowing for easy dispensing of larger volumes when necessary.
